1. Floor:
Styles, background, pattern, choose floor sample, scale 100, angle 0.
Add new layer and flood fill the whole image with the wood pattern.
Deformation tool, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard, use the top left node
and slide it to the 100 mark on your top ruler, release Ctrl key.  Use the top
middle node and slide it down to the 300 mark on your left ruler.
Use the side middle nodes one at a time to stretch out the floor until area is covered.
Click on your mover tool to release the nodes. Layers, duplicate twice and move
each layer up until you reach the 150 mark on your left ruler. Merge these three
layers. (Layers, Merge, merge visible). Save.

3. Back wall:
Change your styles, background from wood to wallpaper pattern, same settings.
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill with wallpaper. Deselect. 

4. Windows:
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill #793503. Deselect.
Effects, inner bevel, round, width 2, smoothness 0, depth 2, ambience -8,
shininess 0, color white, angle 0, intensity 50, elevation 32. Save.

5. Door:
Open image supplied, edit, copy, close small image. Add new layer
selections, load from disk. Edit, paste into selection. Deselect. 

6. Left Wall:
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill, #E7D7C1.  Deselect.

7. Stairs Back:
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill, #E7D7C1.
Colors, adjust, brightness/contrast, -30, 0.  Deselect.

8. Stairs Side:
Add new layer, selections, load from disk, flood fill, #E7D7C1.  Deselect.
Effects, inner bevel, change smoothness to 21, angle to 315.
Layer palette, turn off all but the last three layers.  Layers, merge,
merge visible and rename Stairs.  Turn all layers back on and make sure the
Stairs layer is highlighted.  Layers, duplicate Stairs layer.  Image, mirror. Save.
