Translation

Open a new image 700 x 425, transparent.  
Flood fill with Summer Fields gradient. (Optional, but easier on your eyes)
Open and minimize supplied images ready for use.
Foreground  Color #F4F3E2. 
Background  Color #65503E.
Background, Styles, Pattern, Wood Sample supplied, Scale 100, Angle 0.

1.  Floor - Lower:
a)  Add new layer, flood fill with wood sample (as above).
b)  Deformation tool, hold down ctrl and move the top, left node to 100
on your top ruler, release ctrl.  Use the top, middle node and slide it 
down to 295 on your left ruler.  Use left, middle node to stretch the floor
sideways to fit.  Repeat with right, middle node.  
c)  Double click inside the nodes to set.   Name and save your work.

2.  Ceiling: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill foreground.
b)  Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast,  15, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

3.  Skylight: 
a)  Open the skylight image supplied, Edit, Copy, close small image, Edit, 
Paste as new layer, mover tool, place skylight over hole in ceiling.
b)  Palette layer, lower the layer opacity to 70.   Save.

4.  Wall - Back: 
Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill foreground.  Deselect.

5.  Floor - Upper:
Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill wood sample. Deselect.

6.  Windows:
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill wood sample. 
b)  Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel, Round, Width 7, Smoothness 52, Depth 7, 
Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Color White, Angle 315, Intensity 50, Elevation 31.
Deselect.  Save.  (Glass will be added later)

7.  Patio Door:
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill wood sample. 
b)  Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel, same settings.  Deselect.  Save.

8.  Door Handles: 
a)  Open image supplied, Edit, Copy, Paste as new layer, mover tool, place
handles on door.  
b)  Image, Resize 50 Percent, Resize all layers box UNchecked.  Effects 
Sharpen, then repeat Sharpen.  Save.

9.  Ceiling - Upper Left:
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Draw tool, size 2, single line, zoom 3:1, covered jagged edges.
c)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -40, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

10.  Ceiling - Upper Right: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Draw tool, size 2, single line, zoom 3:1, covered jagged edges.
c)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -40, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

11.  Wall - Upper Left: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Draw tool, size 2, single line, zoom 3:1, covered jagged edges.
c)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -10, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

12.  Wall - Upper Right: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Draw tool, size 2, single line, zoom 3:1, covered jagged edges.
c)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -10, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

13.  Hallway - Upper Left: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -25, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

14.  Hallway - Upper Right: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -25, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

15.  Door Frames - Upper: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, change Styles Background
from pattern to paint, flood fill, #65503E.
b)  Effects, Inner Bevel, same settings.  Deselect.  Save.

16.  Ceiling - Lower Left:
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -40, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

17.  Ceiling - Lower Right: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -40, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

18.  Wall - Lower Left Small: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -25, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

19.  Wall - Lower Right Small: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.
b)  Colors, Adjust, B/C  -25, 0.  Deselect.  Save.

20.  Door Frames - Lower:
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill,  #65503E.
b)  Effects, Inner Bevel, same settings.  Deselect.  Save.

20.  Wall - Left Large: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.  
Deselect.
b)  Draw tool, size 2, single line, zoom 3:1, covered jagged edges.  Save.

21.  Wall - Right Large: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.  
Deselect.
b)  Draw tool, size 2, single line, zoom 3:1, covered jagged edges.  Save.

22.  Wall - Middle: 
Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, foreground.  Deselect.

23.  Stairs - Left: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk.
b)  Open Stairs image, Edit, Copy, close small image, Edit, Paste Into Selection.
Deselect.  Save.

24.  Stairs - Right: 
a)  Add new layer, Edit, Paste as new selection, Image, Mirror, mover tool,
place on right.  Deselect.  
b)  To check placement of stairs, Selections, load from disk, make any
adjustments.  Deselect.  Save.

25.  Rails - Vertical: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, Foreground. 
b)  Colors, Adjust, B/C, -20, 0.
c)  Effects, Inner Bevel, same settings.   Deselect.  Save.

26.  Rails - Horizontal:
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, #65503E. 
b)  Effects, Inner Bevel, same settings.   Deselect.  Save.

27.  Baluster:
a)  Open image supplied, Edit, Copy, close small image, Edit, Paste as
new layer.  Place at end of horizontal rails.
b)  Edit, Paste as new selection, place at other end of horizontal rail.
Deselect.  Save.

28.  Glass: 
a)   Highlight windows layer, Selections, select all, Selections, Invert, and
add a new layer.
b)  Foreground #FFFFFF, Background #C0C0C0.  Styles, Background,
Gradient, Edit, choose #1 Foreground-Background, Linear, Angle 315, 
Repeats 0, Invert box unchecked, flood fill windows. Deselect.
c)  Layers palette, move glass layer below window layer, and lower the
layer opacity to 35.   Save.

Finished.    Well done.   Enjoy decorating the rooms.  
Note:   If you are in a Group, after merging your decorated rooms,
remember to Image, Resize, 70%, sharpen, before posting.
