Open a new image 700 x 425, transparent. 
Open images supplied and minimize ready for use.

1.  Background:   (Optional)
Foreground #008000, flood fill screen.  Open background scene, Edit
copy, paste as new image and place at the top of the screen.

2.  Fence: 
a)  Styles, Background, Pattern, choose fence design, scale 100, angle 0.
b)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill with design.
Deselect.  Save.

3.  Bottom Step:
a)  Styles, Foreground, Pattern, choose the marble, scale 100, angle 0.
(Placing the marble in the foreground will make it easier to use draw tool.)
b)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill marble pattern, 
deselect, draw tool, size 2, single line, cover jagged edge on left side of step.
c)  Magic wand, highlight step, Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel, Round, Width 1, 
Smoothness 33, Depth 1, Ambience 0, Shininess 0, Color White, Angle 315,
Intensity 50, Elevation 30.  
d)  Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast -40, 0.  Deselect.   Save.

4.  Middle Step: 
Same as 3b, 3c, 3d change the B/C -30, 0.

5.  Top Step: 
Same as 3b, 3c, 3d change the B/C -20, 0.

6.  Step Sides:
Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill, #808080.  Deselect.
Turn off background and fence and merge the step layers.   Save.

7.  Roof: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill marble pattern. Deselect.
b)  Draw tool, cover jagged edge left side.   Save.

8.  Floor: 
a)  Add new layer, flood fill with marble pattern.   
b)  Deformation tool, hold down ctrl key, top left node, move to 200 on
your top ruler.  Release ctrl key.  Middle top node move down to 300 on
your left ruler.  Release deformation nodes by clicking on the arrow tool.
(No need to stretch sideways this time.)
c)  Edit, copy, paste as new selection, place it above the previous section lining
up the left ends.   Selections, load from disk, mover tool, move into position. 
Deselect.  Retouch tool, Soften, smooth join line.   Save.

9.  Pillar #1: 
a)  Add new layer, Selections, load from disk, flood fill #B2C5CC.  Selections Float.
b)  Effects, 3D, Cutout, Vertical 10, Horizontal 10, Opacity 33, Blur 25,
Shadow color Black.  Repeat Cutout, changing V/H to  -10.  
c)  Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast, 20, 0.   Deselect.  Save.

10.  Pillar Cap: 
Same layer, Selections, load from disk.  Open image supplied, Edit, Copy,
close small image, Edit, Paste into Selection.  Deselect.   Save.

11.  Pillar Base: 
Same layer, Edit, Copy, Paste as new selection, Image, Flip, Mover tool, 
place at base of pillar.    Deselect.   Save.

12.  Pillar #2:
Edit, Copy, Paste as new layer, move to right lower corner of floor.  Save.

13.  Pillar #3:
Edit, Paste as new layer, Image, Resize, 50 percent of original (make sure
'resize all layers box is unchecked).  Place top left corner of floor.  Save.

14.  Pillar #4:
Edit, Copy, Paste as new layer.  Layer Palette, move #4 below #2.  Place the
pillar slightly behind pillar #2.   Save.
